Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Collierville, Tennessee, 38017, United States. This role involves the accurate processing of customer invoices, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, all within a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage and update customer credit records
- Efficiently process customer credit applications
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
- Scan and input invoices into the ERP system
- Prepare documents for the full cycle AP team
- Maintain an organized filing system for all relevant documents
