Bookkeeper Full-Time | On-site | up to $56k Opportunity to grow into a higher-level Accounting role Are you highly detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and passionate about uncovering discrepancies in billing or spreadsheets? What You’ll Be Doing:

Audit and correct weekly billing spreadsheets and invoices Reconcile discrepancies and ensure accurate billing across multiple documents Enter and analyze data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Insert Rows, Auto Sum, etc.) Perform A/R functions: post payments, calculate debts, and apply credit memos Handle A/P tasks: bill hours worked, update billing spreadsheets, and generate invoices Conduct spreadsheet-based reviews to catch and resolve billing errors Support accounting functions with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvement

What We’re Looking For:

Previous AR/AP experience required—you know how to balance books, track payments, and spot errors Intermediate to advanced Excel skills—you’re confident with formulas, tables, and organizing complex data Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with accounting software is highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent Reliable, punctual, and proactive

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00
