Credit Specialist / Accounts Receivable 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Cordova, TN 38016 • Hybrid work As a TruckPro Credit Specialist, you will be a key contributor on our Accounts Receivable team. You will be responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of commercial credit applicants, assigning credit limits, and setting up new credit accounts. You will also maintain existing credit accounts and help with credit issues.

Key Credit Specialist Responsibilities:

Monitor and resolve outstanding items from online credit application portal Gather information about clients seeking credit accounts Assess, analyze, and interpret complex credit information Ensure company credit exposures are within set risk bearing limits Review credit applications and establish new accounts with appropriate credit limits Create C.O.D. accounts Review existing accounts for credit limit increases Maintain the customer master file for all customer accounts Assist customers and store managers with credit issues, including account reactivations Perform in-depth quarterly review on top accounts Successful Credit Specialist Candidates will have: A high school diploma or equivalent is required Minimum 2 years of credit analysis work experience, preferred Experience using Dun & Bradstreet (DNB) business credit reports Excellent customer service skills Thorough understanding of the complete Accounts Receivable process Intermediate computer skills, with ability to learn new systems General working knowledge of Microsoft Excel A keen understanding of risk analysis Knowledge of current key issues affecting credit (for example legal, market risk and compliance issues) Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
