Automotive Accounts Payable and Receivable Clerk 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars 2525 East Stone Drive, Kingsport, TN 37660 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments. The ideal candidate will be comfortable keeping records of all incoming and outgoing trasactions relating to vendor/charge customers for year end reconciliation. Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain organized records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations. Assist in reconciling vendor statemments and resolving andy discrepencies or issues. Assist with month-end closing procedures. Responsible for applying payments for accounts receivables customers and noting any shortages, calling customers or sending copies of invoices, and maintaining acounts. Maintain records for end of year reconciliations Process all incoming new vehicle inventory Various other accounting duties Qualifications Pior automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not a must. Excellent customer srevice and organizational skills Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
