Accounts Receivable Specialist Prodigy Enterprises LLC 71 Preston Circle, Brighton, TN 38011 Overview We are seeking an extremely detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team. This role is essential in managing the company’s accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a keen analytical mindset to effectively support our revenue cycle management. Responsibilities Process and record incoming payments accurately and in a timely manner. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are documented correctly. Must be proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel. Analyze accounts receivable data to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly. Negotiate payment terms with clients as necessary to facilitate timely collections. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding billing inquiries. Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to accounts receivable activities. Support governmental accounting requirements by adhering to compliance standards. Skills Proficient in technical accounting principles and practices. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions based on findings. Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes is preferred. Experience in corporate accounting is a plus, particularly in managing large volumes of transactions. Strong active listening skills for effective communication with clients regarding payment terms.
