Accounting Clerk Position Available In Williamson, Tennessee

Accounting Clerk TLP Ventures, LLC 5141 Murfreesboro Road, College Grove, TN 37046 Overview TLP Ventures Construction Company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to support our accounting department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and clerical tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong numerical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.

Data Entry:

Accurately input financial transactions into accounting software, including invoices, receipts, and payments.

Accounts Payable:

Process and reconcile accounts payable transactions, including verifying and processing invoices, and managing vendor payments.

Accounts Receivable:

Assist with managing accounts receivable, including generating invoices, processing payments, and tracking overdue accounts.

Bank Reconciliation:

Reconcile bank statements with company records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Documentation:

Maintain organized and accurate financial records, including filing invoices, receipts, and other documentation.

Expense Tracking:

Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with budgeting guidelines.

Support:

Provide support to senior accounting staff with various tasks as needed, including preparing financial statements and conducting audits.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls.
