Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid position based in Brentwood, TN, with remote work flexibility and occasional in-person collaboration. The ideal candidate will manage key accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across financial processes. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable, payroll, and banking transactions Manage accounting software for clients, including updates and issue resolution Perform journal entries and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records Prepare financial reports and ensure regulatory compliance Analyze financial statements and provide insights for decision-making Support various finance-related tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements Experience with QuickBooks Online Strong financial acumen and analytical skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Effective time management and ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
