Description Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator – Cash Applications is responsible for performing the functions of accounts receivable in the cash application department.

Your role on the team:
Enters deposit information into the accounting system
Retrieves and organizes daily deposits from various banks and banking institutions
Downloads and transfers AR files and completes intra-company write-offs and forwards information to the appropriate parties
Handles discrepancies and issues with daily deposits
Runs AR reports along with duties and functions related to cash application
Other duties as required and assigned What you need: (requirements) Experience High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency
Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience and/or training
PC proficiency with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
