Part Time Accounting Clerk – Brentwood Campus 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 7777 Concord Rd, Brentwood, TN 37027 The PT Accounting Clerk shall be responsible to the church, under the direction of the Controller, for supplementing the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and contributions functions in addition to other routine office functions.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
may include but are not limited to the following: Process accounts payable, non-general fund accounts on a routine basis. Trained to process all accounts payable during planned absences of the AP accountant. Perform accounts receivable functions for Brentwood Young Children’s School. Trained to count all Sunday contributions for all campuses. Prepare acknowledgments and notifications for “in memory” and “in honor” donations. Maintain worship attendance statistical spreadsheet. Process miscellaneous deposits (non-contribution). Make weekly deposits for all ministries of the church. Quarterly contribution statement mailing.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
may include but are not limited to the following: Maintain copiers, paper supplies, postal equipment, and leases. Place orders for general office supplies and provide check requests for payments. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
One to two years related experience and/or training in banking/receivables. The individual should possess strong analytical skills, computer skills, and have working knowledge of the word processing and spreadsheet programs used by the church.
