What you’ll do: As a Payments Specialist, you will be €¯ responsible for supporting daily and exception payment processes, addressing payment failures and re-issues, and coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.

Responsibilities:

Support daily and exception payment runs Address payment failures and coordinate re-issues Monitor bank interactions and perform daily cash reconciliations Collaborate with procurement and master data teams to resolve Oracle-related payment issues Support internal controls and assist with AP audits Assist with the annual 1099 reporting process Maintain regular and reliable attendance Perform other duties as assigned What you’ll need:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and experience

Experience:

Background in payment operations, accounting, or accounts payable preferred

License/Certifications:
