Job Description
Accounting Clerk 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 107 Bay Court, Lebanon, TN 37087 The Accounting Clerk assists the team with reporting, filing, and general office coordination. The role is best suited for a team player who possesses a strong work ethic, is organized and detail-oriented, and communicates effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and greet visitors. Perform data entry. Maintain files and records. Support IT function as requested. Review reports. Assist with the preparation of documents. Maintain gas receipts and reconcile statements. Maintain office supplies. Run errands as needed. Track vehicle registrations. Maintain insurance logs and COIs. Vendor/Subcontractor Maintenance and Setup. Assist with various employee engagement activity planning. Support payables. Work with receivables and collections. Maintain fixed asset records and depreciations charts. Support job costing functions as needed. Assist with various projects as needed.
Skills Needed:
High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree in Accounting is preferred. Beginner to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets experience preferred. Team player. Eager to learn. Flexible with the changes of construction. Willing to try new software or new systems. Ability to independently manage own work. Confidentiality and trustworthiness. Positive, upbeat personality required.
