Primary Responsibilities:
- Quote new homeowner’s insurance policies across multiple carriers
- Prepare applications and proposal packets for agent review
- Input and update client info in your management system
- Monitor quote requests and ensure timely turnaround Secondary Responsibilities (as needed):
- Answer incoming calls or follow-up questions from clients
- Clarify missing info (occupancy, pets, alarms, etc.)
- Assist during high-volume periods or staff absences
