Commercial Insurance Lines Producer & Administrative Clerk Support Location:
Bossier, LA | Full-Time We are seeking a Commercial Insurance Lines Producer to join our client’s team in Bossier, LA. This full-time role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven professional with an active Property & Casualty (P&C) license and a passion for building client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions. The position also includes support from an Administrative Clerk, who will assist with day-to-day operations and client service tasks. About the Role As a Commercial Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and providing expert guidance on commercial insurance products. You’ll collaborate with underwriters and carriers to deliver competitive, customized coverage options that meet your clients’ needs. To support your success, an Administrative Clerk will assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and client communications, allowing you to focus on sales and relationship-building. Key Responsibilities
- Producer Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial lines Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewals Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure favorable terms Stay current on industry trends, products, and regulations Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals Key Responsibilities•Administrative Clerk Prepare and process insurance documents, applications, and renewals Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the Producer Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and policy servicing Generate reports and assist with data entry and file management Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Qualifications•Producer Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required 2+ years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team-focused Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: https://www.
