This position will generate and service Office Sector assignments primarily in the NOLA/Metairie Area. ELIFIN® is a commercial real estate brokerage that exists to help businesses, investors, and out communities flourish.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of brokerage experience. Currently licensed and active within the state of Louisiana. Experience with office related brokerage (sales and leasing).
Candidate will enjoy:
Existing office listings with the opportunity to expand. Unmatched internal support with curated CRM, research capabilities, and full service marketing in house. Opportunity to attain Partner status (profit share) and ultimately purchase equity stake in the brokerage. Day to
Day:
Candidate will service existing office assignments. Candidate will be expected to generate new business opportunities through direct outreach, canvassing, social media, etc. Candidate may work on other assignments (Retail, Industrial, Hospitality) but main focus is expected to be in Office.
