- About this role:
- Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate within our Centralized Callback Team as part of our Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Operations division.
This team is responsible for a wide variety of activities regarding customer reference data and systematic setup within customer data systems as well as downstream trading applications. Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Securities Shared Services Operations is a cross-functional group of teams that provide support for CIB-Markets and the broader Wells Fargo organization. Shared Services are the owners and stewards of both client and reference data with a focus on operational excellence and superior client service. The Shared Services Strategy team was established to implement control framework to ensure risk mitigation, track divisional initiatives and facilitate collaboration between teams and business partners. The role will participate in risk meetings, documentation gathering, and presentation creation for senior management and partners within Corporate and Investment Banking.
- In this role, you will:
- + Support internal and external customers by providing moderately complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support + Confirm payment instructions submitted by various lines of business + Perform authentication of new or amendments of payment instructions + Assist in gathering data to support resolution of issues + Receive direction from manager and exercise judgment within defined parameters of the area while developing understanding of various functions, policies and procedures + Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals + Identify, research and resolve problems in a timely fashion following established guidelines + Perform reconciliations of various trackers to ensure SLAs are met + Revising departmental procedures + Coordinating situations that involve other departments + Cover overflow from other desks in the department as needed •
Required Qualifications:
- + 6+ months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
