Responsibilities of Rental Assistant:

Able to process a high volume of applications within a short time frame Handles high volume of incoming and outgoing calls to and from borrowers to offer or discuss active workout alternatives to solve delinquencies Customer service to discuss high volume of status of applications and discuss new events such as new evictions Updates customer financial information to initiate eviction alternative programs, provide results and next steps based off the recommendation received according to program guidelines.
