What We’re Looking For Required:
2+ years of client service or trading experience (including military or educational equivalents)
Preferred:
Experience in trading, brokerage, or contact centers FINRA licensing or willingness to obtain relevant licenses Proficiency with Microsoft Office and navigating multiple systems Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication Empathy-driven approach to handling complex client issues Ability to handle complex transactions and recommend digital solutions Why Join This Client?
