Day Shift Greene Resources is seeking a Brokerage Administrator to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Manage compliance communications with the RE commission and conduct online research. Maintain the brokerage pipeline, tracking listings, expiration dates, and renewals. Prepare and organize documents for brokers and clients. Follow up with brokers to confirm contract dates and ensure timely processing. Provide support to new brokers by answering questions, training them on forms, processes, and technology. Maintain and update the company’s listings database, ensuring all property requirements, lease and sale commission requests, and agreements are up to date. Maintain the contacts database and assist with CRM administration. Communicate with brokers’ clients and attorneys as needed, ensuring accurate documentation and effective follow-up. Act as a liaison between brokers and the Broker-In-Charge (BIC), providing support with communication and coordination. Assist the BIC in setting up sales meetings and coordinating guest speakers.

Position Requirements:

Strong organizational skills, experience with technology, and excellent communication abilities. Basic knowledge of financial terms and the ability to calculate simple figures like percentages. Ability to understand and execute general instructions in standard situations and solve problems as needed. Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
