Job Summary The Investment Services Assistant is a dual employee of both Pentucket Bank and Osaic Institutions. Assists the Investment Executive/Manager of Pentucket Financial Services in all aspects of sales and service of prospective and current customers with the objectives of excellent client service, strong compliance with regulatory standards, and program profitability. Serves clients directly to accommodate their needs relative to meeting their financial goals and objectives. Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers. Essential Job Functions Prepare and review all new account paperwork for accuracy of information. Obtains and maintains prospect and customer profile information. Completes routine maintenance and service requests to completion. Execution of customer communication strategies (i.e. mailings/events). • Assist in coordination of Pentucket Bank branch and employee training and activity programs• Follow all established audit and compliance procedures Refer sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.

Requirements:

Qualifications, Experience, and Education A high school diploma or equivalent. Prior administrative assistant or investment sales related experience preferred. Insurance and securities licenses a plus. Must have organizational, effective oral and written communication skills. Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. Effective customer service and interpersonal skills necessary. Must work with minimal supervision. #ZR
