Role:
A leading commercial real estate firm in Greenville, SC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brokerage Assistant to support our team. This in-person role involves providing administrative and marketing support to brokers, helping ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist brokers with scheduling, document preparation, and data management Help create proposals, property flyers, and presentations Maintain listing databases, CRM systems, and online platforms Coordinate marketing efforts including email campaigns and social media content Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and transaction files Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and team members Support general office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support; real estate experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite and CRM tools is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude
