Responsibilities:
Support the understanding of IT Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process for the Agency and its programs and processes for gaining approval for IT acquisitions, working closely with acquisition and contracts personnel to ensure compliance with regulations. Develop and coordinate spend plans. Assist in drafting communications and conducting training for representatives to understand TBM reporting requirements for all IT investments. Participate in meetings and related events. Assist in the financial/program monitoring, oversight and reporting for IT projects, assets, and spending. Assist/advise the Lead with weekly/monthly/annual requirements and information reporting procedures. Support ad hoc tasks within contract scope from the Agency as required. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required to adhere to all government agency guidelines as it applies to COVID vaccine Attestation/Restrictions. Minimum 3 years’ experience with government budgeting and financial processes. BA/BS in business, financial or management related discipline required; MA/MS or MBA preferred.
