Our client is seeking a Budgeting Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Cary, North Carolina.
Duties:
Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures Manage vendors and internal teams effectively to meet project goals Collaborate with team members to maintain a strong sense of urgency on project execution Provide accurate capital and expense budget forecasts Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports on project status and completion Communicate clearly and effectively across all organizational levels Maintain strong organizational skills with attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities Oversee multiple work streams while meeting deadlines and managing priorities Work proactively in a team-oriented environment Multitask efficiently, document processes clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
Desired Skills/Experience:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including hands-on experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions Strong background in forecasting, trend analysis, and performance reporting Experience developing executive dashboards using Tableau Skilled in database management and data integrity best practices Solid understanding of capital budgeting, including open purchase orders, committed spend, and forecasting Knowledge of reporting processes and financial analysis Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and related financial practices Coding experience in Python and SQL for data manipulation and automation Experience using business intelligence tools such as Qlik and enterprise systems like
