Budget Analyst Position Available In Middlesex, New Jersey

Budget Analyst – MOYI Inc., Iselin, NJ Bachelor’s in Fin., Econ., or Bus.-rltd. major req’d. Dvlp. Mo., Qtrly., & Ann. budget reports by analyzing ACCT. records, fin. statements, P&L reports, & econ. indicators via fin. software. Identify revenue & exp. trends using historical data & econ. conditions to support budget forecasting & maintain fiscal discipline.

Forecast project budgets by examining fin. trends & determining optimal forecasting methods (e.g., extrapolation, regression). Consolidate project budgets into an org-wide budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Monitor & compare actual vs. budgeted exp. via variance analysis & econ. modeling; track & update budget models as needed. Monitor & control spending by tracking KPIs (e.g., working capital, free cash flow). Conduct Mo. performance checks & apply corrective measures for over- /under-spending. Review budget proposals for accuracy, completeness, & compliance with corp. fin. principles, GAAP, & IFRS. Present budget requests & reports to mgmt. & investors. Analyze biz. opps. & macro trends in the software services industry to guide fin. planning. Propose datadriven budgeting strategies to enhance efficiency & profitability.
