Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Senior FP& A Analyst to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate reporting and supporting organizational initiatives. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing processes, managing budgets, and driving strategic decision-making. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). They should have 3-5 years of accounting experience, with public accounting a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the annual budget process, including gathering input, coordinating with stakeholders, and consolidating data.
  • Support quarterly forecasting activities by analyzing trends and providing data-driven insights.
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and deliver management analyses to inform financial strategies.
  • Track and analyze financial performance against budgetary targets, providing variance analysis and insights to management.
  • Prepare regular financial reports and presentations related to cost and budget performance for management review. Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and auditing practices.
  • Proficiency in business systems, CRM software, and data mining techniques.
  • Ability to perform complex financial calculations, including indirect cost rates and cash flow forecasting.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing tax filings and financial reports.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with capital management and financial system validations.
