CFO, Regional ITAC Solutions is working with a premier healthcare organization to assist them in hiring a Regional CFO for a newly purchased extensive medical practice.

Compensation:

Base Salary:

$190K and up, depending on experience
30% Bonus Structure
Equity/ Stock Eligible
What you’ll be doing: Serve as the senior finance leader for our client’s largest specialty practice group.
Lead financial integration
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial reporting
Strategic partnership development
Own and manage the full P&L for over 200 physician practices over a multi-site region.
Directly oversee a team of finance professionals, including 3 Regional Finance Leads (Associate Directors) and the FP&A and Analytics team.
Partner with physicians and executive leadership to guide financial strategy and decision-making.
Present confidently and effectively to both physician stakeholders and C-suite executives.
Drive value through a consultative, problem-solving approach to complex operational and financial challenges. Requirements for the role A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
Minimum 10 years of experience
Minimum of 4 years of management experience.
Master’s Degree
CPA
