Theideal candidate will have a proven track record of financialleadership, strategic planning, and management in a non-profitsetting. This individual will play a crucial role in shaping andguiding the financial future of our organization, ensuring fiscalresponsibility and sustainability. Responsibilities 1.

FinancialLeadership:

As the CFO, you will be responsible for theorganization’s overall financial strategy, ensuring the developmentand execution of effective financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.2.

Strategic Planning:

You will work closely with the CEO and theBoard of Directors to develop and implement a strategic plan thataligns with the organization’s mission and goals. 3.

Management:

You will oversee all financial operations, including accounting,budgeting, and financial reporting. You will also be responsiblefor managing and mentoring a dedicated team of financeprofessionals. 4.

Business Strategy:

You will leverage yourexpertise in financial analysis to guide business strategy,identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency. 5.

Board andCommittee Meetings:

You will be required to attend and participatein meetings of the Board of Directors and its various committees asrequested, providing financial insights and updates. 6.

Audit andTax Filings:

You will coordinate the annual audit and tax filings,ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a seniorfinancial leadership role, preferably within a non-profitorganization. 2. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or arelated field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred. 3.Extensive knowledge and experience in budgeting, financialanalysis, strategic planning, management, and accounting. 4. Strongleadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire ateam. 5. Exceptional strategic thinking skills, with a demonstratedability to drive business strategy and growth. 6. Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to effectively presentfinancial information to a variety of stakeholders, including theBoard of Directors. 7. A deep understanding of non-profit financialregulations and standards, including experience coordinating auditsand tax filings. 8. A passion for our mission and a commitment tothe non-profit sector.
