CFO:
Strategic leadership•Partner with executive leadership to developand implement organization’s financial, operational and growthstrategies. Develop financial models to guide decision-making onretail site expansion. Oversee all aspects of financial managementincluding budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting andcompliance. Lead cash forecasting, banking relationships, andtreasury strategies that maximize cash flow liquidity. Supervisepurchasing function to optimize costs while ensuring qualitystandards and implementing the best supply chain practices. Leadfinancial analysis and funding strategies for new programs, servicelines and community initiatives. Preferred Qualifications of the
CFO:
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, BusinessAdministration or related field (MBA, Master’s and/or CPApreferred) Minimum of 10 years progressive accounting/financeexperience. Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience Retail and/ornon-profit experience
REQUIRED
