What You’ll Do:
Lead all accounting andfinancial operations, including oversight of an Accounting Manager,AP Specialist, and AR Specialist Develop and drive the company’sfinancial strategy, planning, forecasting, and reportingCollaborate with leadership on product and operational strategyfrom a finance perspective Oversee budgeting, internal controls,and financial compliance Analyze business performance and recommendstrategic investments Provide financial guidance to support thecompany’s long-term growth and operational efficiency
What We’reLooking For:
Experience leading finance or accounting functions ina manufacturing or production-focused environment Strongunderstanding of accounting operations in small to mid-sizedcompanies Comfortable wearing multiple hats and contributing atboth strategic and operational levels Confident communicator whoenjoys working cross-functionally with leadership
