We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO for our Constructiondivision. This executive role will have the responsibility ofleading our financial team and driving the financial strategy ofour organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin construction industry finance, a proven track record ofstrategic financial management, and a keen understanding ofconstruction operations. Responsibilities:

As the CFOfor our Construction division, you will be responsible for: 1.Leading the financial team and overseeing all financial operationsof the company. 2. Developing and implementing financialstrategies, policies, and procedures to support the company’sgrowth and profitability. 3. Preparing and presenting monthlyfinancial reports, forecasts, and budgets to the company’s boardand stakeholders. 4. Ensuring accurate and timely financialmanagement reporting, including P&L, cash flow, and revenuereports. 5. Managing the company’s financial risk and ensuringcompliance with all financial regulations and standards. 6.Overseeing the management of company’s ledgers and accountingsystems. 7. Working closely with other senior executives to drivestrategic initiatives and business decisions. 8. Providingfinancial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets,and business drivers. 9. Implementing cost control measures andidentifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiencyimprovements.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for theCFO-Construction position will have the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO or similarexecutive-level financial position in the construction industry. 2.Proven experience in managing financial operations, includingmonthly reporting, forecasting, financial management, ledgermanagement, revenue, cash flow, and

P&L. 3. A

degree inFinance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred. 4. Strongleadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team. 5.Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. 6. Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to presentcomplex financial information in a clear and concise manner. 7.Comprehensive knowledge of financial regulations and standards inthe construction industry. 8. Proficiency in financial software andadvanced Excel skills. 9. The ability to work under pressure, meettight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 10.
