Pay Rate:

$80-90/hr, dependingon experience Company Overview Biopharmaceutical company focusingon innovative therapies Recently transitioned to commercial phasewith initial product sales Implementing first stock compensationprogram Team-oriented environment with flexible work arrangementsKey Responsibilities Oversee a team of 6 employees Manage SECreporting for the 10-Q, approving Senior Accountant’s footnotes andthe internal and external document review Review inventoryaccounting and ensure GAAP compliance Work directly with externalauditors Manage stock compensation Ensure SOX compliance and reviewcontrols Qualifications BS in Accounting CPA 5 years of experiencein a senior-level role including SEC reporting and SOX complianceresponsibilities Recent experience (within the last year) withpublicly traded companies required Experience with Oracle Fusion isa plus but not required No prior pharmaceutical/biotechnologyindustry experience necessary, but would be a huge plus
