Controller – Nonprofit Position Available In Collier, Florida

Controller – Nonprofit Nathan Paul Finance & Accounting Naples, FL 34119 Naples based nonprofit organization has an immediate need for a Controller in it’s headquarters location. Position reports to the CFO and is responsible for all areas of financial operations. This position will supervise a small staff in a great work environment and offers a competitive base salary, great work/life balance, 100% healthcare, 3% investment plan paid by the organization, and great time off package.

• THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN NAPLES, FLORIDA

• Primary Responsibilities The Controller will have overall financial responsibility for the Company including:
• Manage all accounting and finance functions.
• Implement effective internal controls, processes and procedures.
• Partner with senior executive team on strategic decision-making, budgeting & forecasting.
• Implement analytical framework to evaluate business decisions.
• Manage professional relationships including lenders, insurance, legal, audit and tax.
• Interact with donors, President, board of directors, etc.

Desired Professional Experience/Skills:

• Five plus years accounting experience in a leadership role.

NON PROFIT ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• BS / BA in accounting, finance or related field;

CPA, MBA

a plus but not required.

• Experience with Blackbaud software a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Highly motivated, exceptional work ethic and energetic team player.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

$84,931.23 – $102,282.77 per year
