Controller – Nonprofit Nathan Paul Finance & Accounting Naples, FL 34119 Naples based nonprofit organization has an immediate need for a Controller in it’s headquarters location. Position reports to the CFO and is responsible for all areas of financial operations. THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION IN NAPLES, FLORIDA
- Primary Responsibilities The Controller will have overall financial responsibility for the Company including:
- Manage all accounting and finance functions.
- Implement effective internal controls, processes and procedures.
- Partner with senior executive team on strategic decision-making, budgeting & forecasting.
- Implement analytical framework to evaluate business decisions.
- Manage professional relationships including lenders, insurance, legal, audit and tax.
- Interact with donors, President, board of directors, etc.

Desired Professional Experience/Skills:
- Five plus years accounting experience in a leadership role.
NON PROFIT ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- BS / BA in accounting, finance or related field;
CPA, MBA
a plus but not required.
- Experience with Blackbaud software a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, exceptional work ethic and energetic team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
