We’re looking for a proven financial leader-ideally someone currently operating at or near the $100M level-who’s ready to bring that experience into a more agile, fast-moving environment. The Opportunity This role is ideal for a CFO or senior finance executive with experience in scaling e-commerce or consumer brands. You’ll lead the financial vision and execution at Obsessed Garage, building the infrastructure, systems, and insights necessary to support rapid and sustainable growth. What You’ll Own Financial strategy, forecasting, and budgeting Optimization of key e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, margin, etc.) Cash flow, working capital, and inventory planning Implementation of scalable systems (ERP, BI, reporting) Strategic support for product expansion, operational scaling, and growth initiatives Leadership of the accounting, finance, and BI teams Oversight of banking, audit, tax, and compliance relationships Ideal Candidate Profile Currently a CFO or VP Finance at a $50M-$250M business (ideally e-commerce, DTC, or consumer products) Strong command of both financial strategy and operational execution Experienced in leading finance through scaling phases (team, systems, complexity) Familiar with digital KPIs and consumer transaction dynamics Thrives in high-velocity, entrepreneurial environments CPA, MBA, or CFA preferred-but not required What We Offer A leadership role in a respected, values-driven brand with a clear mission Close collaboration with the founder and executive team Competitive compensation package Benefits (medical, dental, 401k match, PTO) Relocation assistance if needed ????
