For long-distance commuting What You’ll Do As CFO Lead & Inspire Guide a team of five across accounting, payroll, and collections Foster a positive, productive, and collaborative team culture Act as a key voice on the Executive Leadership team Drive Financial Operations Own full-cycle accounting: A/R, A/P, payroll, cash flow, deposits, wires, and more Maintain accurate books, monthly closes, financial reporting, and compliance Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance analytics Champion efficiency by streamlining processes and improving systems Stay deeply involved in day-to-day operations while keeping an eye on strategic goals Apply deposits and processing credit applications Lead weekly financial reviews with the executive team Run payroll and 401(k) contributions Oversee monthly closes and preparing income statements Conduct strategic check-ins with accounting and collections teams Prepare for audits and compliance reviews Who You Are 5+ years leading accounting or finance teams (Controller/CFO level preferred) Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA a plus, not required) CPA or CMA preferred Experience with

SAP, ERP
