Chief Financial Officer Position Available In Miami-Dade, Florida

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Finance professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting budgeting and forecasting, maintaining financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will bring strong financial acumen, organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations Process accounts payable and receivable Monitor cash flow and bank transactions Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors as needed Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes Collaborate with departments to align financial goals and reporting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA a plus) 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role Bilingual in Spanish and English required Strong knowledge of financial reporting and general accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) High attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
