Aggressively growing company is in search for an experienced hands-on Controller ready to take on more responsibilities and looking to be part of a growing organization! Our client, a rapidly growing organization is looking for a hungry, sharp leader to join the team as their new Controller! This is a highly visible role with a lot of exposure to leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting operations, including the monthly close process, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Collaborate with external auditors, regulatory agencies, and the board of directors Drive strategic financial planning and analysis alongside senior leadership.
Requirements:
4 year degree in Accounting CPA+ Strong leadership skills – must be able to coach, mentor and keep staff motivated and growing Combination experience from public accounting and private industry experience is required Hands-on, not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
