Chief Financial Officer – Middle Market B2B Distribution & Services – Private Equity Our client is a highly successful middle-market B2B distribution and services business with multi-state operations serving institutional and commercial customers across the Southern US. This innovative business offers advanced solutions, including a technology-enhanced backbone, and has achieved significant organic and acquisitive growth with the support of their private equity sponsor. We are seeking a transformative Chief Financial Officer who will partner strategically with the CEO to support decision-making, provide financial expertise, improve operations, and drive the business forward. The CFO should be a hands-on, high-caliber finance and accounting leader capable of building, mentoring, and leading a lean team, with a focus on enhancing financial reporting and forecasting. Prior experience within the equipment distribution and field services sectors, along with the ability to operate effectively within a private equity environment, is essential.
