As part of Accordion’s CFO Technology practice, wespecialize in implementing and optimizing NetSuite. We focusheavily on understanding our client’s accounting and financeprocesses and tailoring NetSuite to enable business processimprovements and value creation. Our NetSuite services includeimplementation, mergers and acquisitions, optimization/enhancement,customization, and technical integration.
This role can be based inany of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with theflexibility to work remotely 2 days a week. Ideal candidates shouldbe local to the desired location.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a skilledNetSuite Senior Consultant to join our consulting team. As a teammember, you will be responsible for developing NetSuite solutionstailored to meet our clients’ business needs. Your expertise willbe instrumental in ensuring the successful integration,customization, and optimization of NetSuite ERP systems.
Your keyresponsibilities will be as follows: Develop NetSuite solutions based on technical specifications:based on architecture design, develop solutions that ensurealignment with best practices and industry standards. Collaborate closely with clients and project teams: understandbusiness processes, challenges, and objectives, translating theminto effective NetSuite configurations and customizations. Assist with technical implementation of
NetSuite:
configuration, customization, data migration, and integration withthird-party systems. Provide technical support to project teams: ensure projectmilestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Conduct system assessments:
identify opportunities forefficiency and recommend solutions to enhance both NetSuitefunctionality and performance.
Write and maintain technical documentation:
technical designdocuments, configuration guides, and test plans.
Adhere to our technical standards:
stay on top of our standardsand utilize them in your development.
The following representativeengagements are examples of the type of work you’ll do as a SeniorConsultant. These scenarios aim to provide you with an insight intothe daily experiences of working at Accordion. A company has engaged Accordion to upgrade their processes tohandle additional, complex use cases that today are being manuallyhandled. The client needs additional automation to help their teamfocus more on other tasks and remain lean and efficient.
You havebeen brought in to:
Execute on project scope, objectives, and deliverables incollaboration with the internal team and client stakeholders. Demonstrate solutions to the client for feedback and approval,iterating as necessary based on their input. Be involved in development and configuration of proposedcustomization components. Conduct testing to validate functionality and performance. Participate in code reviews with technical leadership onprojects. A client experiences slow system performance and frequenttimeouts in their NetSuite instance. They would like Accordion toperform a thorough assessment of the NetSuite environment toidentify performance bottlenecks and priorities for optimization.
You have been brought in to: Define performance improvement goals and develop a riskmitigation plan. Analyze system logs, system records, and performance metrics toidentify areas of inefficiency. Implement performance profiling tools (such as NS APM) to tracksystem performance metrics in real-time. Review and optimize SuiteScript code, SQL queries, and customworkflows to reduce execution time and resource consumption. Conduct load testing and capacity planning exercises to assesssystem scalability and resilience under peak usage scenarios. A retail client needs seamless integration between NetSuite andtheir e-commerce platform for real-time inventory updates and orderprocessing.
You are brought in to:
Establish communication channels and collaboration tools withthe client’s IT team and third-party vendors. Execute on integration requirements and configure datamappings. Conduct integration testing. Configure integration endpoints and authenticationmechanisms. Based on design needs and infrastructure parameters, developcustom scripts or middleware connectors. Conduct load testing and capacity planning exercises to assesssystem scalability and resilience under peak usage scenarios. Travel to client site as needed.
Ideally, You Have:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems,related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years+ experience at a reputable NetSuite partnerfirm, end-user company and/or related technical consultingfirm. Strong understanding of ERP concepts, business processes, andindustry-specific requirements. Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk,and REST web services for customizations and integrations. Experience with iPaaS toolsets such as Workato, Celigo, andBoomi. Experience with data migration tools and techniques, includingSuiteScript, CSV imports, and middleware platforms. Strong logical skills with extreme attention to detail. Strong ability to leverage Git to manage, collaborate, track,and organize your code base when working on a team. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex NetSuiteprojects within scope, timeline, and budget constraints. Demonstrates good judgement, takes initiative, and seeksguidance when needed to deliver project deliverables. Strong drive and adheres to the highest professional standardsin working with clients and colleagues.

Salary:
$100,000 to$125,000 + benefits + bonusActual compensation packages aredetermined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to eachcandidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depthof experience, education, certifications, cost of labor andinternal equity.
