Based at our Franchised store in northern Louisiana, we also operate another satellite used car location within 20 minutes of our franchised dealership. •Prior experience in a dealership as office manager, Comptroller, Controller, or CFO required for consideration.•
Your Responsibility:
Oversee all financial operations, including billing, accounts receivable (A/R), accounts payable (A/P), general ledger (GL), cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition. Prepare and deliver accurate, timely monthly financial statements. Lead month-end and year-end close processes with precision. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements, including tax filings. Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to drive informed decision-making. Maintain quality control over financial transactions and reporting. Supervise and mentor our 5-person accounting team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Requirements What You Bring:
Experience with Reynolds/Reynolds or other automotive software Proven expertise in accounting principles. Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cash management. Deep understanding of debits/credits, IFRS, and technical accounting standards. Sharp financial acumen and the ability to analyze complex data.
