A high-growth, multi-channel hospitality brand rooted in fast casual dining and expanding rapidly into consumer packaged goods (CPG) is seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Key Responsibilities:
Lead all aspects of financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, and forecasting across multi-channel operations Build scalable systems to support rapid revenue growth and margin optimization Oversee a finance team of 6, including 3 direct reports and a seasoned Controller Own financial reporting and communication with the CEO, Board, and investors Serve as a key thought partner on pricing, inventory, unit economics, supply chain strategy, and expansion planning Support growth of the CPG vertical with rigorous cost modeling and sales analytics Ensure compliance and strengthen financial controls and risk management practices
Ideal Candidate Profile:
10+ years in finance leadership roles, with at least 3 years as CFO or SVP/VP in a restaurant + CPG environment A track record of scaling multi-unit, omni-channel businesses Highly analytical, yet deeply collaborative – you drive strategy and get in the weeds Experience working with private equity or high-growth investor-backed companies is a plus CPA or MBA preferred, but not required What’s In It for
