Salary:

We are seekinga highly motivated and experienced Permanent Controller who isready to take their career to the next level. This is an excitingopportunity to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role inmanaging our financial operations. The successful candidate willhave a clear path to becoming our next Chief Financial Officer(CFO). This role requires a strong understanding of accounting andfinance principles, as well as the ability to lead and inspire ateam. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a keeneye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion fordriving financial performance.

Responsibilities:

Oversee allaccounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, CostAccounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financialforecasts, reporting any variances. Prepare and publish timelymonthly financial statements. Coordinate the preparation ofregulatory reporting. Research technical accounting issues forcompliance. Support month-end and year-end close process. Ensurequality control over financial transactions and financialreporting. Manage and comply with local, state, and federalgovernment reporting requirements and tax filings. Develop anddocument business processes and accounting policies to maintain andstrengthen internal controls. Additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relatedfield. CPA or CPA tracking is required Minimum of 5 years ofexperience in a senior finance or accounting role. Provenexperience with financial statement preparation, annual budgeting,and ledger/GL management. Strong knowledge of accounting andfinancial best practices, laws, and standards. Exceptionalleadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and applications.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. High level ofintegrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
