We are seeking a Chief Finance Officer to overseeall financial aspects of our organization. The CFO will beresponsible for financial planning, budgeting, cash flowmanagement, financial analysis, and risk management. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relatedfield (Master’s degree preferred
• Proven work experience as a CFO,Finance Officer, or similar role
• Strong leadership and managementskills
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations, accountingpractices, and financial software
• Exceptional analytical andproblem-solving abilities
• Effective communication andinterpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and decision-makingcapabilitiesResponsibilities
• Develop and implement financialstrategies, plans, and policies
• Manage and monitor all financialoperations of the company
• Provide financial insights to supportbusiness decisions
• Ensure compliance with financial regulationsand standards
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flowmanagement
• Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments-Collaborate with other department heads to drive financialperformance
