Reagan Madison Solutions is teaming with a local Hospital/Healthcare client to find a new CFO for their Raleigh office. We are looking for candidates comfortable working hands-on in a smaller, fast-paced environment requiring the candidate to wear many hats. Responsibilities – Healthcare/Hospital Revenue Cycle Management Managing billing cycle relationships Managed care contracts, denials, Quarterly Billing management Oversee refunds, fee schedules, and customer service Finance General ledger accounting and cash management (payroll, commission, assets/property tax, insurance, benefit funding, invoicing, revenue, A/P) Monthly BOD reporting Maintain banking relationships Account reconciliations, EBT and credit card reconciliations Intercompany transactions Strategic Leadership Oversight of Hospital contracts Group regulatory and legal services Qualifications Hospital/healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Strong finance-based analytical skills 7 – 10 years’ of finance experience CPA or MBA preferred but not required
