Job Description
A rapidly expanding QSR franchise operator, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer with a strong operational mindset and multi-unit experience to help lead our next chapter of growth. This is not a hands-off finance role-we need a strategic leader who’s equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds, building systems and teams from the ground up.
What You’ll Tackle:
Oversee financial operations across a growing portfolio of 20+ locations, with more on the way Lead final stages of ERP/POS integration (currently 75-80% complete) and ensure systems work in sync Drive P&L ownership, forecasting, and analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement Lead due diligence, onboarding, and financial integration for new acquisitions Build and manage internal accounting processes for acquired locations Partner closely with ownership and executive leadership on long-term growth strategy
What You Bring:
Extensive experience managing multi-unit QSR or franchise restaurant financials Strong background with P&Ls, budgeting, and accounting infrastructure Proven success working with ERP and POS system integrations Experience leading financial side of acquisitions, from diligence to onboarding CPA preferred but not required Comfortable rolling up your sleeves-this is a setup + scale environment, not a finished product Ideally comes from a larger franchise group, not a mom & pop operation
