Job Description
Chief Financial Officer – Restaurant Group Monri Hospitality Group LLC New Brunswick, NJ 08989 We’re looking for a CFO who knows how to operate at scale—someone with deep P&L ownership , acquisition experience , and a mindset for systems and structure .
What You’ll Do:
Lead finance for a portfolio of 20+ QSR units , with more on the way Finalize the integration of ERP and POS platforms across the business (75-80% complete) Take ownership of new acquisition onboarding and accounting Drive profitability, reporting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning Partner directly with ownership and operations on strategic initiatives
What You Bring:
Franchise QSR experience strongly preferred Experience overseeing multiple P&Ls Proven track record in acquisition accounting and financial integration Ability to operate at both the strategy and execution level CPA is a plus, but not required
