ABOUT EXBO GROUP
Exbo Group is a team of investment bankers, consultants, and accountants that grew out of a $400M New York-based venture capital fund. The fund’s portfolio companies had CEOs with strong visions and operating experience but lacked the technical financial expertise to scale. The companies needed a way to offload the complex administrative burden of running a finance department and interfacing with their investors. After providing financial analysis and advisory support for a firm’s successful $10M Series A raise, several other funds and firms began to seek out Exbo Group’s assistance. Our team has grown substantially and now provides high-touch accounting, finance advisory, tax and transaction services support to growth-stage companies and middle-market financial sponsors nationwide.
