CFO/Controller Broadhollow Associates LLC Melville, NY 11747 A privately held family office with a longstanding focus on Real Estate investment and asset management is seeking an experienced, hands on Chief Financial Officier ( C F O ) to join our leadership team in Melville New York. The firm maintains a diverse and growing portfolio spanning industrial, commercial and residential real estate alongside a select group of operating businesses The CFO will serve as a key member of our family office leading the financial, accounting and operations across all business segments,

• Accounting Manager, General Accounting
• CPA preferred
• CPA firm/ Private or Corporate experience
• Real Estate and family held business experience
• Maintain the general ledger systems, YARDI, Quick books and Exenta ( new implementation for our distribution company.
• Supervise small AR / AP department
• Prepare Budgets
• Prepare and review reconciliations
• Prepare quarterly and annual reporting packages for ownership
• Manage Day to Day accounting needs
• Comfortable in a lean, hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$150,000.00

• $175,000.
