• 150 per hour work hours: 8 to 5 education: Bachelor’s degree experience: 10 Years responsibilities: Incumbent CFO is retiringAccounting and finance is in relatively good shape with a good team, a bit of an outlier for the PE in a good wayBoard reporting, debt covenant reporting, financial close all in relatively good shapeA bit of a “keep it stable role” and keep things in good shapeGather knowledge while working closely with the retiring CFO•keep things moving in the right direction•then knowledge transfer to the newly hired CFO qualifications: Private Equity Must have strong distribution experience, specific to food would be goodMust have strong Inventory fiscal knowledgeExperience leading the Finance / Accounting teams for a company with the revenue size from $200Mil to $550MilMust be on site in Philly offices on a weekly basisStart with in 2 weeks Can commit to a duration length of 90 days skills: Inventory, Inventory Physical, Private Equity, Inventory•Physical, $100-250 million, $250-500 million
