Our privately-held, well-established company is in Memphis, Tennessee We are looking for a candidate who can work in a fast-paced collaborative environment and enjoys being part of a team.

General Purpose :

Maintain and prepare monthly financial statements for our company in accordance with GAAP and manage tax-related filing and reporting for your company. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions This company expects its employees to promote an atmosphere of teamwork. Therefore, the following list of duties is not all-inclusive: Prepare and submit financial reports on a timely basis as required by the CEO, the company, and governmental agencies. Accumulate and maintain, in an organized manner, pertinent documentation relating to and support all entries on the financial statements. Accumulate and maintain, in an organized manner, pertinent documentation relating to and support all balance sheet accounts. Assist with preparation of budgets and cash flow statements Ensure timely and accurate information for cost reporting, taxes, and audits Assist with and support external audits Update and maintain fixed asset schedules Utilize QuickBooks to automate our financial reporting. Complies with compliance and ethics Code of Conduct Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Accounting, Finance, or related business degree Prior accounting and tax experience required. Organized and detailed in work performance.
