Job Description
Our Vaco team is working with a large healthcare client seeking an interim facility Assistant CFO (ACFO) to support a hospital CFO. This role is heavily remote, with occasional/minimal travel as needed, all travel expenses reimbursed. This ACFO will support the CFO and market CFO with operational and cost savings analysis and forecasting intiativies. In addition, will support with cash forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
Requirements for the role:
Must have proven operational finance leadership experience over an acute care for-profit facility (100+ beds) Must have managed net revenues of 100MM+ Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, metrics management, and expense and labor analysis Willingness to travel on an as needed basis (approx 10%) This is an interim/contract position, 6+ months in time Must be willing to travel on occasion (overnight travel required), expenses reimbursed.
