We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-orientedCase Manager to join our team and support our attorneys through allphases of pre-litigation and some litigation. If you’re passionateabout client advocacy and have experience as a Claims Adjuster orPersonal Injury Case Manager/Legal Assistant, this role is perfectfor you! This is a 100% onsite role at our downtown Birminghamoffice on 4th Ave N.
What You’ll Do:
Drive Success:
Manage personalinjury pre-litigation and some litigation cases, providingessential support to attorneys and clients. Be a
Key Player:
Workclosely with attorneys throughout all phases of pre-litigation,ensuring smooth and efficient case progression.
Engage Directly:
Maintain effective communication with clients, providers, andinsurance companies, handling inquiries and updates with precision.
Stay Organized:
Utilize your organizational skills and proactiveapproach to manage documents, deadlines, and case detailseffectively.
What You Need:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of PersonalInjury Legal Case Manager/Legal Assistant, or Bodily InsuranceClaims Negotiation experience required ; 5 years preferred Provenability in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Experience inmedical records management and understanding personal injury cases(highly preferred).
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2years required) and familiarity with FileVine or other casemanagement systems (preferred).
Communication Skills:
Excellentverbal and written communication skills are essential for thisrole.
